Today, our company operates 4 production sites in Germany and Poland as well as 6 international sales companies from Finland to South Africa. Our colleagues know the local requirements very well, so that we can develop tailor-made offers for the individual markets.
Herford is the headquarters of the Stiegelmeyer Group. This is where the development centre, the administration and the production facility for customer-specific intensive care and ward beds are located. Our Service division works in a modern logistics centre.

Employees at our Stiegelmeyer China Co. Ltd. subsidiary enjoy a breathtaking vista of the city of Foshan with its nine million inhabitants. The plans they have in mind are every bit as big: Here in the south of China, 130 kilometres from Hong Kong, a production facility is being built to assemble our beds for the Chinese market. The main focus is on beds for retirement homes and those for caring for people at home. The demographic development coupled with growing prosperity in China are giving rise to rapidly increasing demand, particularly in the care sector.
